Interface is a blog produced by the University of Missouri’s Web Communications department, in which I am now embedded. The blog has been around for years, but has become a bit stagnant. Since I occasionally have expertise worth sharing, I was enthusiastic about putting together a quick redesign, and getting the project relaunched.
Design-wise, the main thing to note is this is my first foray into Responsive Web Design. This means that is you’re using a modern browser (for instance, almost anything besides Internet Explorer 6-8), the layout will respond and adapt to your window size, providing an ideal experience on mobile devices, tablets, and desktop browsers.
So I will be blogging here occasionally. My first article Designing keyboard accessible dropdown menus has already been published.
